The aim was to create a modern, ecologic and personal house at the same cost of a prefabricated catalogue house. We managed this by using an effective process management, reliable materials and a rational construction.
The house is placed angled compared to the lot to make optimal use of the light conditions and to create a protected patio.
Adjusting the plan lay-out to the family’s needs was an important task, and a basement floor was built during the second stage in 2006 when the family grew.
