When we design new offices and workplaces we have often lacked a neat and simple desk that can both stand alone or be part of the larger context. Also – with the introduction of flat screens – the need for desk space has decreased while the need for its own “territory”, a boundary against others, has increased.

We wanted to compensate this by simply designing our own desks. Easy Table’s “folded up” table top is a smart and flexible solution to the problem addressed earlier. “The fold” acts as a visual shield against neighbors, as a shelf and a noise hinder. If you turn the tabletop around the table can be used at a reception or conference room.
