The task was to create a logic but generic office layout with the capacity to adapt to future changes of activities and functions. We had the role of contract managers responsible for all fixed interior decorating and furnishings as well. By creating an open and transparent office, the corporate identity of COOP was strengthened as well as the staff´s sense of belonging. We have been aiming at a modern and ergonomically sound working environment that caters to the individual employee’s needs.
